Use this tool for reviewing the inventorship and Ownership status of your invention, whether future or prior publications you made or plan on making endanger your effort to protect your right.

This interactive tool will walk you through a quick and easy questionnaire to produce a document that gives a better understanding of who the owner of the invention is and whether it can be patented. You will be able to download the full document at the end of the procedure as well as receive in an email a copy of the document you made with our Wizard. We will not store a copy of it and will not have any access to it.
