With this quick and easy question and answer format, you can produce a document which can be submitted to the USPTO for recordation for the request to transfer ownership to an invention.

You will be able to download the full document at the end of the procedure as well as receive in an email a copy of the document you made with our Wizard. We will not store a copy of it and will not have any access to it.
